Many people try to lose belly fat and get flat and sexy abs. People workout as hard as they can, do tons of cardio, lift weights like crazy, and do countless sit-ups, but they still have that stubborn layer of fat clinging to their stomach covering their abs. Why is this happening?
In many cases, the missing link is not found in the gym but in the kitchen. So what makes up a good flat abs diet? What tips can I give you? There are many tips, and some of them are truly confusing. I will try to stick to simple and basic tricks since they can make a lot of difference and don't require any special effort on your part.
Flat Stomach Diet Tips and Tricks
1. Always stop eating before you're full - Our body has this mechanism in which it takes about 20 minutes to understand we've had enough. This means that you need to stop eating while you're still feeling hungry. This will help you keep your overall calorie intake down.
2. Drink Water before you Eat. - It is always in good practice to drink at least one full glass of water approximately 15 minutes before you have a snack or meal. By consuming this water you are taking up space in your stomach, which will give you the feeling of getting full, faster and on less food. Secondly, we are almost always dehydrated so the more water we consume the better.
3. Eat small meals throughout the day - Your metabolism has everything to do with the amount of calories that you burn each day. To keep a high metabolic level all day, you need to eat small amounts through the day instead of eating 3 large meals.
4. Fresh, fresh, fresh - If you're going to workout and burn the more fat than you can get, you need to feed yourself in the right way. One of the best flat tummy diet tips that I can give you is to eat fresh food as a rule. Anything that's not fresh has been tampered with. Fresh doesn't mean uncooked. You can cook fresh groceries. However, anything that's canned, comes in a box and has been prepared, needs just warming and so on, may be full of chemicals, additives, industrialized fat, and other awful things you don't want in your body. By eating fresh you maintain a healthy body and help it to burn more calories and belly fat.
