This peaceful relaxation feels wonderful and you may find that you want to stay there for a while. Too many people don't take time to relax.
Hypnosis works because while you are in a relaxed state of trance, your mind is open to suggestion.
With a relaxed critical, it allows all of the suggestions to be more easily accepted and put into action.
What happens when you believe strongly in something?
You take action because you believe it to be true.
If you have the belief that "I eat only when I am physically hungry" Then you aren't going to eat if you don't feel a hunger pang in your stomach. Instead, you'll wait until you hear it growling before eating again.
The result? The pounds will naturally drop off.
