When choosing to do a particular type of exercise, you will always need to keep in mind that you must select exercise that is likely to meet your objectives and situation in life. Exercising the thighs is an important requirement. This is one area of the body where you can literally see the changes. It is the testosterone hormone that is mainly responsible for the massive muscles that men tend to develop, and it is exactly the absence of this hormone that prevents women from gaining muscles with mass. Instead women tend to develop lean muscles. Several women refrain from heavy leg exercises altogether, believing that aerobics exercise will suffice. However, aerobics exercises cannot help at all with muscle toning or lean muscle building. Its only lean muscles that can really give definition to women's lower body.
In order to achieve that elusive dream body that you have been chasing for, with all that exercise, you have to include weight training and muscle toning exercises as part of your regular exercise regimen.
