One of the many challenges for the management of an industrial company is to present a professional appearance to clients during the obligatory tour of the facility, in what can be a dirty, grubby environment. Businesses in south east Queensland now have a solution. Seamless flooring style can transform their existing concrete floors into showpieces to impress clients at a reasonable cost.

Industrial areas are notorious for being difficult to keep clean and looking professional. The appearance of environment in which a worker works has a direct impact on the morale of the worker. This in turn will affect productivity and profits so it's smart to include in research and management, finding a flooring answer which can replace the tired, ugly, grey looking concrete and at the same time bring some charisma to the place of work.

There are other practical reasons, other than aesthetics, for a business to invest in an upgrade of their industrial floors. Following are some definite benefits which can easily be expected after the installation of a concrete seamless floor:

=> Resistant to stains, chemicals, acid and abrasives.

=> Will withstand the weight of vehicles such as forklifts, heavy machinery, trolleys and other warehouse vehicles.

Won't trap for dirt or dust which in turn creates a cleaner, fresher environment for people who suffer from respiratory issues, thus lowering the number of workplace related incidents.

=> Non-slip additives can be included during installation to reduce the number of slips, trips and falls that occur in a workplace with poor housekeeping practices.

=> Easy to clean so that any spills are quickly dealt with to reduce worker risks.

=> Resistant to UV rays to ensure that any coated surface exposed to sunlight will retain its colour for much longer periods than painted flooring.

Although there is a curing time required after application before the floor surface can be used, generally the industrial down-time required for the application of seamless flooring is much less than other forms of floor covering over concrete, and the finished product will not require anything other than normal cleaning for up to seven years after completion.

To install epoxy flooring included, use an expert as there is a level of expertise required to achieve the best result without any rework. Expert operators will put the time in necessary to analyse the concrete floor as it is, take into account the type of industry use the floor will be receiving, handle health and safety issues, and give a recommendation for the product to be used. An epoxy flooring product creates industrial floors with aesthetic appeal which are hard wearing, safe to walk on, easy to maintain and long lasting. This seamless flooring product gives a grubby environment a cost effective facelift which will last for many years.
