Can This New Cutting Edge Technology Relieve your Joint Pain For Good

Got Sore Joints? Well there's a new technology that has just been developed that promises to not only just help lessen the level of your joint pain but also to help actually rebuild the joint and help get rid of the issue. Let's check into this a little further and discover whether these claims are fact or fiction.

everyone knows about using collagen for their joints, hair, skin and nails that much is a given. But what most people don't know is it doesn't work all that well. Think of it like this. Let's say you're out riding a bike or walking and your knee starts that old familiar painful feeling you know all too well- joint pain. You happen to be at a friend's house when you return do you ask them for a bowl of Jello? No, I didn't thinks so and to tell the truth I have never asked that either. Why wouldn't you ask it though, I mean it's collagen right! You don't ask for it because it doesn't work, it can't work and here's why.

When you eat just regular plain old collagen your body has to treat it just like any other protein, just like the proteins coming from fish, chicken or beef. Your body breaks it down and stores it in a collective pool called your Nitrogen Pool. Then from their it can recombine all the stored pieces back into whatever type of protein you need, I.E. one combination for proteins to rebuild your eye, one for growing your hair, one for adding heart tissue and so on for all of the areas of your entire body.

These proteins cannot be used directly when they first enter your body from your food because they still contain the genetic profile from whatever animal they came from. As an example fish protein still has fish genes embedded into it that must first be stripped out before you can use it. This next statement is not completely accurate but I think you will get the point: you wouldn't want to start growing gills would you? So of course the genes must first be stripped out and it's only basic logic that your body must break it down first before you can use it, and therein is the problem with regular plain old collagen.

The theory with this new technology is simple, bypass the problem. Sure, it sounds simple at first but how does it do it? You have likely heard the term amino acids right? Well those amino acids are the building blocks of every protein in your body whether it be skin, muscle or collagen. The things that bind the amino acids together are called peptides.

Here it is in a nutshell. The rate limiting factor in your body producing enough collagen to really have any significant impact is the availability of collagen peptides. Without enough peptides your body simply can't make collagen fast enough to keep up. Collagen as you know is the base material of all your joint padding that allows your joints to move freely without grinding and that cushions the impact and jarring without joint pain just like the soles of a top pair of running shoes cushion your feet. So, in theory taking in a source of pure collagen peptides would absolutely be the epitome of joint restoration. In theory this would allow your body to rebuild joint tissue and padding at an unprecedented rate of speed.
