Developing a nice butt can take some real work if you were not blessed by God with a nice, full butt. Don't you hate it when you see a person who has a great butt and doesn't work out at all? I know I do. But, just like me, you can improve your butt and get into great shape.
In order for you to have a nice butt, you are going to have to maintain a much lower body fat percentage compared to the average person. And for you women, you will have to work much harder than men in order for you to get the same results. It's a fact, that men have a much easier task getting a lean and tone butt as compared to women.
There are two things you must do in order to attain a lean and tone butt. You are going to have to start performing a super intelligent exercise program structured to have you burning fat and toning your butt muscles. And second, you must follow a healthy and balanced nutritional program that will have you burning fat and toning muscles.
Let's start with the proper exercise program to get you into great shape. I recommend you do whole body workouts to ignite your metabolism, so you are burning tons of calories and fat off your body. Your whole body workouts should consist of bench presses for the chest, barbell and dumbbell rows for your back, lateral raises for your delts, squats, leg presses, lying hamstrings for your legs, and curls and triceps pushdowns for your arms.
And remember, you will need to do your whole body workout at least three times per week. In addition to your whole body workouts, you will need to do some specialized work for your butt muscles. As you may already know, the squats, leg presses and lying leg curls will help develop your butt muscles. Another great exercise you can add to your regimen is side lunges. And if you really want to tighten our butt muscles as fast as possible, then you must do walking lunges. You should also add leg abduction and leg adduction exercises to further work your butt muscles.
You should also try doing ballet squats to really tighten your butt muscles. These are squats where your stance is wide, with your toes pointed outward, like a ballet dancer. This exercise will stress your inner thighs and glutes the deeper you go. So, make sure to go all the way down.
Now, if you really want to speed up the process you can do wind sprints and stadiums. These are the two best cardio type exercises that will have your butt looking firm and shapely. This is how you do it. With wind sprints, you will sprint as fast as you can for 40 yards, then walk back to your original position, then repeat. As far as stadiums, you sprint up the stadiums, then walk down. Just repeat this. Do these two exercises on top of your whole body workouts at least three times per week and you will see your butt getting into super lean shape.
