Get in the Best Shape of Your Life in 24 Hours

One of the hardest steps you can take in beginning to get in shape is the first step. People often see the big picture and all of the work involved in getting in shape. They don't take into account the time involved in doing it. You don't have to think about the hours and hours it will take to get in shape. What if you could get in the best shape of your life in just 24 hours? This is possible. Very possible. You must have the right attitude and mindset. Yes you can get in the best shape of your life in 24 hours. Thinking like this can help you take that first step. If you can work out consistently for 1 hour a day for 24 days in a row, you can get into great shape. See how easy it is to think differently? You don't have to make it anymore complicated then that. If you are already in halfway decent shape, working out for an hour a day for 24 days can get you in awesome shape. In an hours time, you could run anywhere from 4-8 miles. Just think of how that all a! dds up overtime. Getting in shape doesn't have to be complicated. Using this mindset, you can begin to think about running a little differently.

When you start off, if you aren't in the greatest shape to begin with, maybe just go out and run for 10-15 minutes. Continue doing this on a regular basis. If you can do it everyday for a week, your body will begin to adapt to the changes. It will start to become easier and easier. Once you get used to running for this amount of time, then increase it more and more as time goes on. The key is to work out consistently. It doesn't do you any good to put in a lot of work right off the bat and then not go out again for weeks. If you can get into the habit of running on a daily basis, you can progress faster then you ever thought possible.

One of the biggest reasons why people think it is hard to get into shape is because they wait until they are completely out of shape. Then they try to workout and see how hard it will be. They then think that everyday will be this hard. This is the wrong attitude and frankly, it isn't true. The first day will most likely be your hardest day once you start to workout. Each day should get easier and easier. That doesn't mean this pattern is exact, some days will be harder then others. People often don't look at the big picture when beginning a workout plan. They get discouraged by the difficulty of the first workouts then stop. If you can go into the process with a different attitude, you will be more likely to succeed. Just think of how great of shape you can be in with just 24 hours of effort.
