No Bull Bodybuilding

How do you converse with a book on muscle building? If we were to ask you this question, you would most probably say, "What"? Well, we have had numerous e books on weight loss and muscle building to review and have always felt the need for one thing. A meaningful conversation between the book and the reader is what really makes the book worth reading. The books that we have reviewed till date were no doubt great, but all of them lacked a particular trait. These books didn't speak to the reader. They didn't converse with the reader the way a personal trainer would. They didn't have the question answer form that we required in so many books. If only there was a book which would do all this and more, we would be glad to have it and use it. Audio tapes to supplement the book are fine. But if the book is what you are buying, the book is what you should get.

Marc David's book No Bull Bodybuilding does just that. The book is based on a question and answer format. You can get the answers to all your questions regarding muscle building. This apt because whenever we start a program for muscle building, we tend to have a thousand questions in our head. We need answers to these and often flipping through the pages of the book does not give an answer. This is where the book steps in. the format is so based as to answer questions arising at every step with great penchant for your health and muscle building. This book is also filled with various body building articles. These articles serve as apt proof that the program actually works. If you ask us, though, a look in the mirror would be enough to send you in a great frenzy seeing that the program actually works.

Marc David divides all the different things required to build up adequate muscle in three categories: Nutrition: this is the thing that is lacking in most of us and this is the first thing that has to be addressed when we have to get an adequate muscle built up. Training: He handles this effectively by giving us many different ways at each step to complete the program. Supplements: he gives a list of all supplements that you would need to aid in your muscle building process. While this book is a great book in all respects, there is more. You can have all the tricks and ways of making the best out of your gym instruments. You would love to hit the gym after going through this book as this book will indeed get the best oft of you at the gym. The other great benefit is that this book is not a fit all use all book.

This has adequate differentiation of all the different kinds of techniques for all kinds of bodies. You just have to be true to yourself, grade your body according to the classification provided and get ready to follow the program. All in all a great book if you want to build muscle and build it fast.
