This is not an article about staying mentally sharp. Although if you are not careful you can fry your brain staring at a computer screen day after day. In this article I want to discuss ways to keep physically fit as a Internet marketing.
1. Do not eat while you are at your computer. This is an easy habit to get into and can really put on the pounds.
Think about it, the only real exercise you are getting is in your fingers. That is not going to burn very many calories.
A better habit is to eat snack and meals away from your computer. This takes a little more effort and will cut down on the amount of food you eat as well.
2. Do not drink soda pop while you are working online. Pop is fattening. Even diet soda pop is bad for you body in a number of ways.
Pop is addictive and costs a lot of money as well. Water is better for your body. Plust the more water you drink the more you have to go to the bathroom, which gets you up and away fron your computer screen more often.
3. Get out and exercise a little every day. You would be surprised at how much better you feel taking even a 15 mintue walk a couple of times a day.
Its gets the blod flowing. You can clear your mind and it might even help you make more money with the ideas you come up with.
4. Get up and stretch a little bit. This will make a world of difference for your neck and back. As we get older our muscles tighten and the range of motion in our joints lessens as well.
5. Avoid junk food. Replace it with healthy snacks such as fruits and vegatables. We have all heard that, but it really does work. You can cut a lot of calories out doing this.
6. Do your social networking at a local gym or fitness club. We all love Facebook, but it does not keep us in shape. You can meet a lot of nice people when you go workout somewhere. Plus you will get in better physical fitness.
Stretching increases blood circulation to various parts of the body, increases energy levels, reduces muscle tension and improves co-ordination. And you can do it right next to your desk.
These are several tips on how to keep in shape as an Internet marketer. If you are out of shape your mind and body will thank you for putting in the effort. So will your bank account!
