The strangest things can start the feeling of nasuea when pregnant, for example just the smell of certain foods. If someone in the office just cooked something that is making you feel sick, try smelling something fresh like a lemon candle or spritzer. Another common scent that has also shown to help relieve nausea is Rosemary. Another idea is to simply get some fresh air.
